Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts)

  • It should clearly show the parcel label and product condition

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

⏰ Complaint Timeframe

  • Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

  • Complaints after 24 hours will not be entertained

📲 How to Submit a Claim

  • Share your Order Number, issue details, and the unboxing video

🔍 Verification Process

  • Our team will review and verify your claim

  • After verification, an exchange or refund solution will be provided accordingly

  • Products that are used, swatched, or mishandled are not eligible

  • No claims will be accepted without proper evidence

  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after verification

💸 Out of Stock Refund Policy

If a paid product is later found out of stock:

  • A monetary refund will be processed

  • Our team will contact you to collect your bank details

  • Refund will be issued within 48 hours after confirmation
